Two New Waterfront HQ Office Buildings for Dublin, extending over 200,000 sq ft with 150 feet of impressive water frontage.

North Dock offers gold-standard office space over 9 floors with secure semi-basement parking, cycle bays and shower/changing rooms. The buildings optimise cost-efficiencies through many sustainable features including solar shading, environmentally friendly mechanical and electrical systems and is completed with a Sedum ‘Green’ Roof. The building can be split into two distinct blocks each with their own dedicated entrance.

We have brought the future development for North Dock to life by using 360 Virtual Reality (VR) content within this Marketing Suite. Due for completion in two years time, this virtual tour allows agents and customers to explore and view the vision of North Dock. The audience gets to experience the outside views of approaching North Dock, walking into the reception area and exploring a typical floor of the building, furnished and unfurnished. This very immersive technology creates a unique and dynamic experience that helps to experience and sell this future development, allowing the audience to appreciate the layout, sense of space and all the potential a building of this scale can have for their business. For anyone not wishing to use the VR headset, the virtual North Dock development can also be viewed on the wall mounted TV within the marketing suite.
