Ballymore brings considered, high-quality homes to one of Newbridge’s most recognisable settings, right beside the college and its landmark clocktower.

We were invited to create the brand identity and marketing campaign for this new residential development, Tower Green. Our approach drew on the town’s sense of connection and ease, creating a brand that feels calm, balanced and rooted in the everyday moments that define life in Kildare.

Background

Ballymore, known for shaping considered communities, was expanding its focus beyond Dublin into towns ready for something equally thoughtful yet rooted in local life. In Newbridge, a competitive market of new housing schemes meant Tower Green had to stand apart.

The Idea

Our idea began with the clocktower itself. A familiar marker in the town’s skyline, it became a symbol of time, rhythm, and renewal. The constant flow of daily life that locals already feel and newcomers will soon share.

From this, the creative concept took shape: a place in tune with its surroundings, where every day flows naturally, and new beginnings take root.

Execution

The brand identity echoed the curvature of the tower and the doorway feature of the homes, creating a visual language that felt grounded yet uplifting. A warm, story-led tone and editorial-inspired layouts captured the spirit of modern family living – playful, calm, connected.

Photography and film captured the real character of life in Newbridge following typical families through their everyday moments. From morning coffees and school runs to weekend shopping and riverside walks, the campaign focused on moments of authenticity. Every scene was designed to reflect life as it’s truly lived in Kildare, natural, warm and full of small, meaningful moments that speak to living life at your own pace.

Across every touchpoint, from the website and brochure to digital ads and on-site signage, the story unfolded through three simple story arcs:

Beginnings: A place where new chapters take shape: first homes, growing families, fresh starts.

Flow: Far enough for calm, close enough for connection. Everything works.

Seasons: From sunny strolls to cosy evenings, Tower Green grows with you.

The Impact

The result is a cohesive, emotive brand that roots Tower Green within the life and character of Newbridge, part of the town’s story and its future.

The launch saw strong early engagement and immediate resonance with young families seeking balance, connection, and a sense of place, proof that when you build from what’s already there, the story feels instantly true.
