Formerly known as Cabinpac, CPAC Modular approached us with a clear challenge: to change market perceptions of their brand. While they were delivering high-spec modular building projects, they were often associated with cabins, sheds and temporary buildings, an image that harkened back to the temporary classrooms many people recalled from childhood. This outdated perception was holding them back from being recognised as a leader in their field.

To reposition CPAC Modular effectively, we took a multi-faceted approach that redefined their brand identity, refined their offerings and elevated their communications across multiple platforms.

We guided the evolution from Cabinpac to CPAC Modular, a name that reflected the quality, innovation, and scope of their work. The rebrand was central to shifting perceptions, focusing on CPAC’s expertise in delivering well-designed, planned modular buildings that catered to specific industries like education and healthcare.

To clearly define their services and reach distinct audiences, we segmented their offerings into three categories:

Cabinpac Hire: Dedicated to temporary and portable solutions.
CPAC Framing: Specialising in structural framing systems.
CPAC Modular: The flagship offering, showcasing permanent, high-quality modular buildings.

This segmentation allowed us to tailor messaging and target specific audience needs more effectively.

Within the modular segment, we honed in on key industries, particularly education and healthcare. By visualising how CPAC’s modular solutions could meet industry-specific needs, we created targeted campaigns and materials. This included:

Virtual Reality (VR) Village: A cutting-edge tool that showcased various scales and types of modular buildings CPAC could deliver. The VR village allowed potential clients to experience CPAC’s capabilities firsthand, demonstrating the versatility and quality of their solutions.

Video Content: High-impact videos brought CPAC’s projects to life, highlighting their innovation and attention to detail.
