MCR Group is one of the largest facilities management operators in Ireland and the UK, delivering cleaning, security, engineering and integrated services at national scale. The business generates over €170 million in annual revenue and continues to grow across new sectors and territories.
As the organisation evolved, its website reflected an earlier stage of the business. While it had supported the organisation to that point, there was an opportunity for the digital presence to more clearly express the scale, capability and ambition of MCR Group today. For clients and partners encountering the brand for the first time, the experience needed to better reflect the organisation operating behind it.
The Challenge
MCR Group operates in a B2B environment where trust and credibility are essential, particularly within complex procurement processes. As services expanded and the business grew in scale, the website needed to better support how prospective clients and partners assess capability and fit.

Design Thinking
We worked closely with MCR Group’s marketing team to build a clear understanding of how the business operates, how services connect across the organisation, and how different audiences engage at various stages of decision-making. This insight informed the redesign and rebuild of the website, with a focus on clarity, confidence, and ease of use.
The information architecture was refined to reflect how B2B audiences explore facilities management services, grouping and prioritising offerings to communicate both individual expertise and the strength of the integrated model. Navigation, structure, and content hierarchy were simplified to support scanning, comparison, and informed evaluation, allowing users to quickly understand service capabilities, sector experience, and key proof points. The visual design was refreshed to feel contemporary and assured, while remaining consistent with the existing brand, resulting in a clear, composed website that reflects the scale and ambition of the organisation today.
