Overview

Bonham Quay will be a magnificent new waterfront mixed use development in the heart of Galway City.

It will be developed to become a mixed use project comprising 26,000 sqm of Grade A office space, 2,000 sqm of retail and restaurant space and student accommodation offering 345 beds. The office development is designed as four office blocks alongside two public squares that all connect via landscape bridges.

Designed to accommodate a working community of 2,600, including additional amenities such as a cultural arts facility and a commuter and fitness centre. Located on an industrial site the development will overlook the views of Galway Docks.

Design Challenge

Idea worked with the developer, Edward Capital to create a strong brand and identity to reflect this impressive new development in Galway. With a focus on the waterfront location, the cosmopolitan nature of Galway, an educated workforce and one of the greenest builds in Ireland, Bonham Quay’s marketing collateral showcases Bonham Quay Galway as the office campus of the future.

Through a combination of impactful CGIs, photography, illustration, infographics and copy we told this wonderful story. The brochure uses the most innovative and cutting edge print solutions, down to the ripple effect of the water on the iridescent front cover to the foil edging and flat binding.

We also developed a huge expanse of hoarding to announce this immense site to the people of Galway, the bold brand, eye-catching colours, strong messaging and pure scale of the CGIs resulted in a confident introduction of Bonham Quay to the city of Galway.

Results

The agents will now market Bonham Quay internationally with a strong and impactful suite of marketing collateral.
