Built Around People
Rycroft is an Irish home builder developing new homes and apartments across the greater Leinster area. Their team manages the full journey from land acquisition and planning through to design, build and sale. But despite years of impressive building work, they had no public-facing brand. No story that captured who they really were. The team behind Rycroft; skilled, experienced, genuinely people-first were invisible to the outside world.
Execution
We started with a strategic workshop – getting under the skin of the business, establishing their values, their vision and what truly sets them apart. From this foundation, we built outwards.
For the visual identity, we developed a graphic device that cleverly incorporates a series of house forms working together – a bold, cohesive symbol that’s distinctly architectural yet warmly human. It speaks to collaboration, to community, to something built to last.
The brand system that followed was built to work hard across every touchpoint: from photography and messaging to the website, hoarding direction, presentations, video, stationery, and merchandise. A warm, assured tone of voice threaded through it all – confident yet approachable. Photography and video captured the real people at the centre of the business. The team, the process, the care taken at every stage. Because when your people are your point of difference, they need to be seen.
The Impact
The website launched in May 2026, giving Rycroft a public face for the first time – clean, confident and clear in its UX. Early reaction has been strong as it communicates their impressive track record, what they do and the career opportunities within the business.
More than that, Rycroft now has a brand that really reflects what they do, and have been doing for many years. And gives them a solid platform for recruitment, tenders and potential partners to clearly understand their approach.
