Co-Living is an emerging trend in almost every city in the world. Niche Living has introduced a fresh and innovative concept, delivering the first purpose-designed individual shared living suites in Ireland.
These co-living developments offer residents an affordable option for all-inclusive modern living with concierge services and added perks making shared living both a highly desirable and attainable accommodation solution.
Niche Living developments are planned for a number of key locations in established neighbourhoods across the capital in areas with extensive social amenities, strong public transport connections, and large employer bases.
We were tasked by Bartra to name, brand, and market this new concept in short term, professional, multi-functional living for Dublin.
To help explain the merits of a co-living development, Idea filmed five people within the target market; Kev, Cassandra, Hazel, Fernando, and Emma to share their experiences and explain why co-living works for them.
Niche Living Brand
The developed brand and colour palette had to be professional yet welcoming. This is a brand that represents where people call home and so had to have a friendly feel with a bit of edge to appeal to young professionals, early in their careers.
The website niche living.com has great videos explaining the merits of co-living, the planned locations, and virtual walkthroughs to show the personal and shared amenity spaces available to the residents at Niche Living.
We worked alongside 21 Spaces to brand and fit out a marketing suite with infographics, animated presentations, video storytelling, and walk-in living space to capture the experience of living in a Niche Living apartment.
Co-living isn’t for everyone and it isn’t aimed at the masses. Instead, it is a niche alternative offering short-term accommodation for young professionals interested in living in Dublin for short periods of time due to short-term work contracts or new to the city with a desire to meet people and share with others the very best Dublin has to offer.
Niche Living has secured planning for four areas in Dublin; Dun Laoghaire, Rathmines, Castleknock & Ballsbridge.
Construction began on Niche Living Dun Laoghaire in November 2020 and they look forward to welcoming their first residents in 2022.
